Hello everyone, I am happy to announce that a long-desired feature for DandyDialer is finally here! Starting from version 1.4.0, DandyDialer now has integrated do-no-call (DNC) list management.

New panel - “DNC Lists”

You can now find a new application panel related to management of DNC lists. DNC lists can be created/deleted/imported like ordinary contacts lists. During campaign configuration, you can choose the DNC list to use. Numbers in DNC list will never be called, even if they are included in the contact lists configured with your campaign.

Global DNC list

There is also the global DNC list, which can thought as account specific system wide list. Normal DNC lists can be merged and unmerged to and from the global DNC. It can configured from Settings -> Global DNC tab.

Much more is coming …

One thing lacking from the DNC implementation is the ability for the callees to automatically choose to be added to a DNC by pressing a button. This feature is already in test phase. We plan to role it out within a couple of days.

Last, but not least, a couple of bugfix!

  • Fixed mobile layout breaking after sign out.
  • Fixed burger menu not being scrollable in small screen mobiles.
  • Application notifications are now shown in one place; either inside the app, or through OS notifications, if permission is granted.

Note: If you don’t see any notification from DandyDialer, you probably gave permission to DandyDialer to show OS notifications, but your browser don’t have permission to display them. Please adjust settings of your operating system.
